Part was good but deleverage was expensive considering I had to get it from the post office
When I finally got through to right people
Told them my charger wasn’t working correctly, they replaced it, no problems
Very good after market service
They lose a star, due to the my several attempts to get in touch via their online feedback / warranty portal , not sure anyone reads it. Had to make calls to landline.
When I did speak to a human, service was great

Replaced with new unit works great again.
This is the first one I’ve had to do, looking online it seems to be a common fault with these failing. The electronics make them too unreliable.
Time will tell how the rest of the fridge goes.
I also have a 20 year old Engel fridge which has been faultless.
